The lords of fried chicken, champagne and sneakers are taking over Double Bay with a limited edition pop-up.

Butter are no strangers to decadence, specialising in the ultimate tryptic of fried chicken, champagne and luxe sneakers. Having won over Surry Hills and Parramatta with their incredible offering, they’re now taking up (albeit temporarily) residency in the equally decadent suburb of Double Bay.

Running from 7th August until 6th November, head to Double Bay’s much loved Mrs Sippy for the ultimate pop-up. Butter’s signature fried chicken is available Wednesdays through to Sundays, with the pop-up menu also including their OTT ramen plus a few dishes exclusive to Mrs Sippy.

On the drinks front, get ready to sip your way through a tantalising list, with the likes of a Hennessy Espresso Martini ($20), Henny Cherry Cola Slushie ($14), Honey Ginger Mojito ($17) and boozy Peach Green Tea ($17) available.

Mrs Sippy’s bottomless brunch deal is also getting the Butter treatment each Saturday and Sunday. You’ll want to come wearing your stretchy gear, with the boozy deal promising an abundance of fried chicken, a Hennessy cocktail on arrival plus bottomless bubbles.

Bookings start from $89pp and includes shared fried chicken, a cocktail on arrival + 2hrs of Chandon sparkling. For those looking to splash out, you can upgrade to free-flowing Veuve Clicquot for $150pp.

If that wasn’t enough, you can also expect an epically proportioned custom sneaker art installation, created by the Butter team.

The Butter x Mrs Sippy pop-up is open Wednesday–Thursday 5pm till midnight, Friday–Saturday 12pm till midnight and Sunday 12pm–10pm.
