Check out these two new winter pop ups, it’s snow joke…
If you did not stow away enough dosh to pop down to the snow this year, then Bungalow 8 and Untied have you covered, with 80s cool vs. Luxe Après chalets. These two venues have transformed their gardens into snowy wonderlands, so that you can experience that Après Ski vibe, in the heart of Sydney.
Bungalow 8 is kitted out with six vintage cool cabins that come decked with faux fireplaces. These cabins that can be booked for 4-8 guests feature walls with old-school skiing photographs, stacked timber and cosy warm throws. You’ll basically feel as though you’re in a ski lodge in Aspen.
The Woodlands Cabin Menu includes decadent woodfired pizzas, with tantalising toppings like pork sausage and campfire mushrooms or fried chickpeas and almond ricotta. The winter snacks include campfire scallops and oysters, skillet s’mores and warm cherry wood smoked hummus.
Plus the vodka maestros of Grey Goose are slinging a selection of French Alp inspired cocktails and a Grey Goose nitro espresso martini, where diners and partygoers are able to experiment with garnishing the cocktail themselves.
Over the road at Untied, you will find a rooftop luxury ski resort set up. Moet & Chandon Ice Imperial Champagne will be flowing, with Glenmorangie smoking whiskey cocktails also on hand to warm you up.
Untied have a new winter menu with golden-honey dripped chicken wings, and we have our eyes on the Glenmorangie Signet Whiskey crème brûlée waffle cones.
Ski past the winter blues by getting snug at these two new winter wonderlands.
