Bistro Moncur and Moncur Cellars are kicking off a new seasonal wine tasting series, starting with a deep dive into Australian Chardonnay on Monday 3rd March.

The one-night-only event, hosted at Bistro Moncur by the team at Moncur Cellars, will feature an interactive tasting of over 80 Chardonnays from some of the country’s top producers, including Leeuwin Estate, Tyrrell’s, Pierro, Mount Mary, Tolpuddle, Domenica, and By Farr.

Guests will explore the diversity of Australia’s most planted white variety, tasting everything from crisp, mineral-driven styles to richer, oak-aged expressions. The event offers a chance to discover new favourites, with tickets fully refundable on the night with the purchase of a case.

Pre- or post-tasting, guests can head next door to The Woollahra Hotel for exclusive food specials, including $20 schnitzels, steak and chips, and a mixed dozen dumplings.

The series will continue throughout the year with tastings dedicated to Pinot Noir (May 5), Shiraz (August 11), and Champagne (December 1).
