Celebrating the national French day in true style, The Argyle will host an early celebration on Saturday July 12th. In previous years they have put on a night to remember with cheese, saucisson and crêpes, Ricard and Lillet pop-up bars as well as live jazz, cancan shows and loads more French fun! Slide, Darlinghurst

The cabaret girls have come out to play at Slide on Oxford St.  On Sunday July 13th, they will be delivering a ‘Paris by night’ soiree with French themed liquid happiness over the bar. You will get to see Risque Revue, one of Sydney best cabaret shows complete with erotic shadow projections and sexy aerial routines. Tickets cost $20, call 02 8915 1899.

Ananas Bar and Restaurant, The Rocks

Ananas will be hosting a week-long feast, starting on Sunday July 13th at 11am with a Champagne au brunch. Think speck, truffled eggs, house made charcuterie, cheeses, bagels and caramel eclaires! As the week continues, they will have ‘le picnic baskets’, ‘cocktails a la mode’ and ‘les desserts decadents.’  As the week comes to an end ‘au revoir oysters and Champagne’ on Friday July 18th. Sunday the 13th July La Brasserie invite you to their Grand Gala evening with opera singer Brad Cooper. He will be performing while guests feast on a set menu. Brad is a tenor who has previously worked at the Théâtre du Châtelet in Paris and currently works with the Sydney Opera House. $75 for set menu.
