Bar Patrón is hosting New Year’s Eve with sweeping views of Sydney Harbour and the Harbour Bridge. Guests can choose between two sittings — 6–9:15pm or 9:30pm–late — and enjoy a set menu at $160pp and $180pp respectively, featuring Bar Patrón signatures including guacamole, pumpkin empanadas, pork barbacoa tacos, braised short rib, and churros.
A glass of prosecco is included on arrival, with an optional 90-minute beverage package available for those wishing to add signature Patrón cocktails, spicy margaritas, Palomas, beer, sparkling, or wine. The venue’s modern Mexican menu is designed for sharing and complements the bar’s focus on tequila-forward drinks.
