Australians love their plants almost as much as they love their cocktails, and now Baileys is combining both with the launch of its brand-new Coffee Toffee Plant-Based Liqueur.
To celebrate, Darlinghurst’s leafy Stanley Green Plant Shop & Café will transform into a “plant surgery” where guilty plant parents can confess their crimes (overwatering, underwatering, balcony accidents – you name it) while sipping an indulgent Baileys creation.
Running until Sunday 5th October, the pop-up invites locals to bring their struggling houseplants in for a check-up with the resident “Plant Surgeon.” While your greenery gets some expert care, you can indulge in Baileys’ newest plant-based treat – a smooth, oat-based liqueur infused with rich coffee and buttery toffee notes. With cocktails priced at just $12, it’s the perfect pairing of self-care and plant-care.
