Australia Day Guide 2014

Bars, Drink, Eat, Play, Restaurants, Sydney / 22 January 2014

Australia Day is one of the most important days of the year for us “Aussies”. It’s a time when we commemorate the establishment of the first European settlement, when 11 ships from Great Britain arrived at Port Jackson, now known as Sydney Harbour. It’s a time when the Australian flag is worn in more ways than you can imagine- bucket hat, bikini, beach towel to name a few. It’s a time when firing up the barbie and pumping Triple J Hottest 100 are the first two things on everyone’s checklist.
We so many different ways and places to celebrate Australia Day we’ve taken the stress out of choosing and narrowed it down to these top picks. Can we get an Aussie, Aussie, Aussie?
