Just opened, Argyle House Camden positions itself as a new benchmark for regional hospitality, with theatrical rooftop dining domes and an acclaimed chef.
South Western Sydney’s dining scene just levelled up with the arrival of Argyle House, a multi-million dollar transformation of Camden’s historic Whiteman’s Arcade. After a fire destroyed the venue in 2020 the rebuild marks a new era for the venue blending theatrical design, fine dining flair, and immersive experiences in a way that feels genuinely new for the region.
Leading the charge is Executive Chef Jason McQueen (ex-Quay, Aria, Bel Mondo) alongside Chef DeFusion Sean John Barago. Together, they’re delivering a menu that’s modern Australian with global influences, and packed with chargrill flavours.
The standout experience? Argyle’s rooftop dining domes. These glass-encased pods offer a theatrical private dining space, showcasing a different curated seven-course menu every night from Wednesday to Saturday.
