Icebergs Dining Room and Bar has the best panoramic view of Sydney’s iconic Bondi Beach and arguably the best people watching vantage point in the Eastern Suburbs. It was rather fitting then that Aperol chose this sunny space to launch their new “cheers to summer” Sunday Sessions.

DJs Slow Blow and Canyons were on the decks spinning a selection of smooth tunes as a dolled up, after-work crowd shuffled in. Canapes of watermelon and prosciutto, wagyu beef and cream cheese matched the bright orange and free-flowing Aperol Spritzers. Against the blue Bondi backdrop, these drinks were irresistibly charming.

Aperol Sunset Sessions will continue every Sunday afternoon throughout November at Bondi Icebergs and will then move on to the newly renovated and luscious Watson’s Bay Hotel from mid December – with $10 Aperol Spritz.
