Invoking the concept of the traditional restaurants and bars of Istanbul, ANASON offers the Anatolian cooking Chef Somer Sivrioglu is celebrated for, in a new, modern waterside environment. Sivrioglu has created three indigenous dishes, Smoked Beetroot Tartare, Humus & Rock Oysters all using native Australian ingredients.
Located just metres from the Barangaroo Wharf, BANKSII is Australia’s very first Vermouth bar & restaurant. The chefs have crafted a very special 3-course Native Australian menu, designed to be shared for $89pp. For an additional $30pp, begin with an all Australian Vermouth tasting experience.

SHIRT BAR brings you delicious food, extensive cocktails and top-notch whisky with a side of retail therapy. The cocktail menu will have a new addition, The Big Dripper Cocktail, featuring Starward Two-Fold whisky (Australian whisky), Macadamia & Wattleseed liqueur (Mac by Brookies, made in Byron Bay), Tia Maria Cold drip coffee (roasted in Melbourne) finished with an orange twist.
The Butcher’s Block combines a love of organic, locally sourced produce and efficient, professional service, with an emphasis on passion and quality.
