ANASON
Invoking the concept of the traditional restaurants and bars of Istanbul, ANASON offers the Anatolian cooking Chef Somer Sivrioglu is celebrated for, in a new, modern waterside environment. Sivrioglu has created three indigenous dishes, Smoked Beetroot Tartare, Humus & Rock Oysters all using native Australian ingredients.
BANKSII
Located just metres from the Barangaroo Wharf, BANKSII is Australia’s very first Vermouth bar & restaurant. The chefs have crafted a very special 3-course Native Australian menu, designed to be shared for $89pp. For an additional $30pp, begin with an all Australian Vermouth tasting experience.
CHI BY LOTUS
Much of Chi’s menu is bar-style food made to share with strong use of shaokao-style (Chinese barbeque). The Australian additions will include Deep-Fried Saltbush and a Davidson Plum Negroni. A $99 banquet for 4+ includes a complimentary bottle of sparkling Harvest Blanc de Blancs.
LOTUS BARANGAROO
The LOTUS menu pays tribute to the original custodians with a strong seafood-focused menu. Bartenders have designed a special Flavours of Australia Cocktail, Red Ear Lantern featuring Hibiscus infused Aperol, Davidson Plum vermouth & sparkling wine.
MUUM MAAM
Right in the heart of this thriving culinary scene, MUUM MAAM focuses on using fresh ingredients & seasonal produce with traditional flavours and contemporary techniques. Barangaroo’s very own artisan chocolate store brings you the Flavours of Australia Chocolate – The Australian River Mint Praline on dark chocolate & The Tasmanian Pepperberry on strawberry white chocolate. Your 3pm pick me up through the month of May.
SHIRT BAR
SHIRT BAR brings you delicious food, extensive cocktails and top-notch whisky with a side of retail therapy. The cocktail menu will have a new addition, The Big Dripper Cocktail, featuring Starward Two-Fold whisky (Australian whisky), Macadamia & Wattleseed liqueur (Mac by Brookies, made in Byron Bay), Tia Maria Cold drip coffee (roasted in Melbourne) finished with an orange twist.
THE BUCHER’S BLOCK
The Butcher’s Block combines a love of organic, locally sourced produce and efficient, professional service, with an emphasis on passion and quality. To celebrate, they’ll be offering a two-course bespoke package which includes the Butcher’s Plate, their signature 1.4kg tomahawk with two sides, and two glasses of wine for $175.
