A’mare means “by the sea,” and at Crown Sydney’s waterfront Italian restaurant, a’Mare Barangaroo, that’s exactly where you’ll find yourself. Within a’Mare Barangaroo are three distinct experiences under one roof: the refined a’Mare dining room led by Chef Alessandro Pavoni, the casual Pizza’Mare pizzeria, and the aperitivo-led Vista’Mare bar, which houses one of only a handful of Campari Seltz Machines in the world. The wine cellar runs to 600-plus labels with a particular strength in Italian regions alongside Australian varietals.
