Sip your way through Adelaide’s top wine regions without ever leaving the city at the Hills Heist 2019.
While a visit to Adelaide’s wine regions is on every vino lover’s bucket list, you now don’t need to leave our city to journey through the 70km stretch of the Adelaide Hills. Come Tuesday 7th May for one night only, 30 of Adelaide Hills top wineries are taking over Surry Hills’ Chin Chin for a night of dynamic wine and food with the return of the Hills Heist event.
Kicking off at GoGo Bar from 5pm, your night starts with a wine tasting journey, where you’ll sip your way through the likes of Charlotte Dalton Wines, winner of South Australia’s 2018 Hot 100 Wines for their Eliza Pinot Noir, along with wines from Ngeringa, La Prova, Ashton Hills, Shaw + Smith and more.
From here, you’ll be guided by wine writer Mike Bennie, as you settle in for the ultimate showcase of the region’s best wines over Chin Chin’s 8-course set menu. Think punchy and aromatic dishes like kingfish sashimi, Thai fried chicken, chargrilled swordfish, roast duck along with plenty more.
Tickets are $120pp and includes an 8-course set menu plus Adelaide Hills wines.
