Winter is here, and UNIQLO has the perfect way to keep Melburnians warm. On Thursday, 6 June 2024, UNIQLO is hosting an exciting event at Emporium Melbourne with a giant HEATTECH shirt installation and giving away 2,500 free HEATTECH tops.
Step Inside and Warm Up
From 10am to 7pm, visitors can head to the ground level of Emporium Melbourne and step inside a giant HEATTECH shirt. This immersive installation allows customers to test their current winter wardrobe and receive a digital thermal image showcasing the warmth of their clothing. After entering their details, they’ll get a voucher for a free HEATTECH item from the UNIQLO store in Emporium Melbourne.
Share and Win Big
UNIQLO is encouraging everyone to share their thermal images on Instagram using the hashtag #StayWarm. By sharing, participants can enter a competition to win one of two $500 UNIQLO vouchers. This is a great opportunity to spread the warmth and excitement of the event.
The Innovation Behind HEATTECH
HEATTECH technology was developed 20 years ago in Japan with Toray Industries and launched in Australia 10 years ago. This innovative fabric makes winter wear less bulky while maintaining warmth and style. With 11-micron fibres that capture the energy of water particles released from the body and convert it into heat, HEATTECH offers three levels of warmth: standard Jersey, Extra Warm, and Ultra Warm.
