Louey’s Lasagne Night
Every Thursday from 5:30pm, Louey’s offers a mouth-watering lasagne night. For just $30 per person, you can indulge in a 30-layer lasagne paired with bottomless garlic bread. This lasagne, with layers of house-made pasta, pork and veal sugo, spicy nduja sauce, and a generous amount of parmesan, promises a comforting feast. Ghost Sunsets at The Espy
Experience winter in style with Ghost Sunsets, running every Thursday and Sunday from 5pm to 9pm. This event at the Ghost of Alfred Felton cocktail bar includes two winter warmer cocktails and a choice of a charcuterie or cheese board for $60 per person. For an extra $10, you can enjoy a mixed cheese and charcuterie board. This is the perfect excuse to gather friends and enjoy the stunning views and exquisite drinks. The winter cocktails menu includes delights such as The Cure, a smoky, boozy mix with Naked Grouse Whisky, Talisker, Cocchi Vermouth, pineapple, and bitters. California Dreamin’ offers a spicy ginger hit with Woodford Rye Whiskey, apricot, Amaretto, ginger, lemon, and egg white. Smoking Chet Baker blends house spiced rum, Angostura Di Amaro, honey, and cinnamon, while Mexican Stimulant brings a coffee-infused fiesta with Trombo Reposado Tequila, Amaro Montenegro, Campari, coffee, and soda.
New Winter Menus
From June 19th, Louey’s new winter menu brings a variety of hearty dishes. Guests can enjoy a Giant Pork Meatball with spicy nduja sugo and parmesan, Stracciatella with fennel jam and EVOO, Potato and Ricotta Gnocchi with San Danielle prosciutto, a 30 Layer Pork and Veal Lasagne, a 400g Coal Grilled Swordfish Steak, and Limoncello Tiramisu for dessert.
Main Bar, also launching its new menu on June 19th, offers delights such as Woodfired Garlic Flatbread with blackened carrot dip, Lamb Ragu Pie with potato mash and mushy peas, a 250g Rump Cap with peppercorn sauce, and Quince Tart with citrus poached fruit.
From June 20th, Mya Tiger introduces a selection of dishes including Beef Rib Noodle with garlic chips, Honey Glaze Pork Char Siu with pickled green apple, Steamed Barramundi with hot and sour broth, and 5-Spiced Poached Pear with soy and ginger cream.
Sunday Roasts at Main Bar
