Shadowboxer’s Negroni menu features three exquisite styles, each a masterpiece of mixology. Priced between $22 and $24, these cocktails are crafted to please the most discerning palate.

  1. Barrel Aged Negroni: This classic blend features Archie Rose ‘Straight Dry’ Gin, Campari, and a house blend of Carpano Antica Formula & Oscar 697 Vermouth. Aged in French Oak, the result is a timeless cocktail with depth and character. [$22]
  2. Blood Orange Negroni: A modern twist on the classic, this cocktail combines Blood Orange Triple GGG Gin, Cacao Nib Campari, and Imperial Measures ‘Scarlet’ Sweet Vermouth. It offers a fresh and vibrant flavour profile. [$22]
  3. Bitter Negroni: For those who prefer a dry yet flavourful drink, this Negroni mixes Melbourne Gin Company, Imperial Measures Ruby Bitter, and Cinq A Sept Pinot Noir Vermouth. This creates a complex and satisfying cocktail. [$24]

Shadowboxer’s menu, curated by Head Chef Chris Sykes, elevates traditional Australian cuisine with a contemporary twist.
