This intriguing proposition is made possible by the creative flair of Group Bar Manager, Michael Calamante. He has crafted four unique cocktails, each available for a limited week-long period. An excellent excuse, if one were needed, to frequent this sophisticated venue with friends or colleagues, and experience the fleeting charm of these exclusive blends.
Shane Delia, Jayda’s esteemed owner, envisages this cocktail special as a distinct way to enjoy the bar’s stylish atmosphere. The scene is set for guests to unwind with their preferred cocktail in hand, truly settling into the chic surrounds of Jayda.
The Shojo, an elegant mix of sake’s umami, Lillet Rose, and fruity Umeshu, marks the start of the special from 15th to 21st May. The ensuing week welcomes the Elder Pear, a harmonious blend of Hippocampus Vodka, St Germain, fresh lime juice, and a finishing touch of pear soda.
From 29th May to 4th June, the Charlie Chaplin takes centre stage. This delightful ensemble of Haymans Sloe Gin, Apricot Brandy, and lime is a modern reinvention of a classic. The last week sees the introduction of the Hibiscus Fizz, a refreshing mix of MGC Gin, fresh lemon juice, hibiscus, and soda water, promising a fine balance between citrus and sweetness.
To accompany your cocktails, Jayda’s curated snack menu offers a variety of gourmet delights. From the Tunisian brick cigar filled with spanner crab to the crowd-pleasing cheeseburger, there is something to satiate every palate.
