FRESH BLOOD 2023: Melbourne Welcomes a Wine Revolution
The ever-changing Australian wine scene hits a new peak with FRESH BLOOD 2023. For the first time, this iconic tour will grace Melbourne. Specifically, Odd Culture Fitzroy hosts the event on Saturday, 4 November. Here, the future of Australian wine unfolds.
From East London to Melbourne: An Organic Transition
Born in East London in 2019, FRESH BLOOD always aims to redefine Australian wine. Jordan Blackman, Odd Culture’s Group Bars Manager, knew he had to bring it to Melbourne. When he saw its London posters years ago, he instantly saw its potential. Both Odd Culture and FRESH BLOOD share a vision. They aim to spotlight talented winemakers and encourage responsible farming.
Meet the Rising Stars
This year’s event gathers a handpicked crew of ground-breaking winemakers. They hail from regions across Australia like South Australia, Victoria, and even Kangaroo Island. Names like ADLIB, ALLEVARE, and STATE OF NATURE are all on the list. Plus, international flair comes from New Zealand selections.
What’s on Offer at Odd Culture Fitzroy
