This June, Pipis Kiosk at Albert Park will become the go-to destination for dessert lovers on Sunday, 30 June. The seaside venue will host a one-day-only event featuring the delightful creations of renowned pastry chef Simone Jude, also known as Seasonal Simone.

Bake-Away Day of Decadence

From 7am to 12pm (or until sold out), visitors can treat themselves to an array of freshly baked goods. Jude, famed for her whimsical and romantic recipes, will present four exquisite desserts available by the slice. The menu includes a rich chocolate layer cake with vanilla bean buttercream. a tangy rhubarb layer cake with rhubarb buttercream and rhubarb jam. A creamy cheesecake with grapefruit jelly, and a zesty gluten-free lemon meringue roulade.
