Established in 2000, Bakery Hill Distillery’s mission has been to demonstrate that exceptional single malt whiskies can be crafted beyond the borders of Scotland, right in the heart of Melbourne, Australia. This pioneering spirit has led them to produce unique single malt whiskies acclaimed both within Australia and around the world.
The evening, which commences at 6.30 pm, will delight guests with a four-course menu meticulously designed by Executive Chef Ryan Flaherty. Each dish has been paired with a unique Bakery Hill whisky expression, allowing you to explore the warmth and complexities of these Australian-made whiskies.
The dining experience begins with a fragrant Grilled Banana Bread paired with a refreshing whisky sour, followed by a rich chicken liver parfait accompanied by the elevated Bakery Hill Classic Malt. The main course features a Koji Marinated Beef Short Rib, perfectly paired with the earthy tones of Bakery Hill Peated Malt.
Finally, the experience culminates with a Sticky Medjool Date Pudding drizzled with Bakery Hill Caramel Sauce. This exquisite dessert is paired with Bakery Hill Double Wood, a whisky filled with subtle orange marmalade overtones.
