The iconic Adelphi Hotel is hosting Four Pillars Gin rooftop sessions all summer long

Start the new year on a high at the Adelphi Hotel Rooftop Gin Sessions, every Thursday and Friday evening throughout summer. For the second-year running, Adelphi has partnered with everyone’s favourite Yarra Valley distillery Four Pillars Gin to bring refreshing gin cocktails to one of Melbourne’s most iconic rooftops.

If gin isn’t your thing, fellow Yarra Valley beverage partner this year is Detour Beer Co., who will be debuting beers from their new range at the Rooftop Gin Sessions, giving guests an exclusive taste of their brew before launching on Australia Day

Held on the Adelphi Hotel pool deck every Thursday and Friday evening from January 18 – March 29, guests will sip fresh gin cocktails and craft beer by the pool whilst enjoying seasonal bar snacks from the hotel’s signature restaurant – Om Nom Kitchen.

The cocktails have been created by Four Pillars Gin Creative Director James Irvine who has put together an eclectic mix of classics with a twist and original concoctions. We’ve got our eye on the Gin-a-Colada; a tropical blend made with Four Pillars Spiced Negroni Gin, coconut, pine-lime and garnished with an umbrella, or the Wave Racer; a concoction of Four Pillars Rare Dry Gin, orange, rhubarb and sparkling.
