Krispy Kreme is celebrating the Year of the Horse with a limited-edition Lucky Dozen collection that brings prosperity and good fortune to your Lunar New Year festivities.
Available from February 16th to 22nd, the range features two new creations designed to honour the season’s traditions with a sweet twist.
The standout is the Prosperity Fireworks, an Original Glazed doughnut dipped in red truffle icing, drizzled with caramel truffle and finished with biscuit crumbs. The collection also includes Fortune Lanterns, a vanilla Kreme filled shell doughnut dipped in red truffle icing, drizzled with caramel truffle and topped with a Peach Blossom flower.
Here’s where it gets exciting: Krispy Kreme is hiding 100 Lucky Red Pockets inside their Lunar New Year dozens, each containing a voucher for a free Original Glazed dozen. One lucky Australian will score the Golden Ticket, unlocking a year’s worth of doughnuts.
“The Year of the Horse celebrates energy, optimism and heart,” says Aimee Cutajar, Marketing Director for Krispy Kreme ANZ. “To honour that spirit, we’re leaning into the tradition of sharing luck and prosperity and adding our own sweet touch to the celebration.”
