Love yoga? Love Wine? Combine both at Vino n Vinyasa!
We’ve all been at that cross road. To join your friends from work and hit the mid-week happy hour or keep the promise you made yourself and exercise after work. Well now you can do both! If you love wine and love yoga then you’ll love Vino n Vinyasa.
After launching in late 2016, with a sell-out event at Cruise Bar, the team is back with the forth edition of Vino n Vinyasa. Situated high up in the Old Rum Store at the The Private Kitchen in Chippendale, enjoy a 60-minute yoga flow session for all levels, including beginners, with Dan Myers from FreeFly Yoga taking the class. Atmospheric music will set the tone during the class. Then afterwards, relax with a well-earned glass of vino while mingling with fellow yogis.
Founder, Donna Freak explains that “our lives are becoming busier than ever before. People are looking for space and time to reconnect with themselves and the community around them. “Yoga is becoming an increasingly popular fitness and mindfulness choice but often the stereotype of the flexible hippy yogi in a back bend does cause a barrier for those interested in attending a yoga class”.
Vino n Vinyasa aims to invite people to experience yoga in a more accessible, fun environment and puts a new twist on the post work-out social drink.

Date: Tuesday 21st November 2017
Time: Arrive from 6pm to claim your spot, yoga class is from 6.30pm – 7.30pm. Then you’ll be escorted downstairs to Bar Chinos where you’ll enjoy a glass of wine. Feel free to stick around and order more wine (we won’t judge) or head out to Spice Alley for a cheap and delicious dinner.
