Sydneysiders are well accustomed to capturing the last relics of the weekend with a good ol’ Sunday session. With summer officially here, the time is nigh to take advantage of the extended daylight and balmy weather with an epic Sunday sesh like no other. Presenting Sydney Seaplanes Empire Lounge. Situated at the Rose Bay dock, the Empire Lounge has everything you need to end the weekend on a harbour side high.
Running every Sunday from 3pm – 8pm, you’ll find a live DJ kicking off from 3pm, alongside a comprehensive cocktail list and wrap around balcony taking in waterfront views of Rose Bay. On the cocktail menu, you’ll find all the classics, spanning from Espresso Martinis to Bloody Mary’s and margaritas plus Taittinger Champagne and a carefully curated wine list.
To compliment your seaside surrounds, the food menu features an array of fresh seafood including rock oysters ($5 each), prawns on ice with a lime mayonnaise ($40 for 500gm), plus a deluxe seafood platter for two ($125). Complimenting this is also an extensive cheese and charcuterie menu alongside a more extensive food menu ‘from the land’.
