Tuesday

We got some Drumstick ice creams sent to the office so we could try three new flavours. I can’t remember the last time I had one of these, felt very nostalgic from summer visits to the local shop when I was a kid.

Wednesday

I had breakfast at one of my favourite a cafes called Posto in Rushcutters Bay. I had scrambled eggs with feta and chives and a side of mushrooms. Yum!

Thursday

It was my birthday! Woop! Love birthdays. The day started with a surf in Bondi with some friends, then I got spoilt in the office with flowers and cupcakes. I had a special birthday dinner with 20 friends at Farmhouse in Potts Point. Great good, service, wine and tunes!!

Friday

I put on my best southern accent and worked the crowd at Underground Cinema at the Heritage Boat Fleet in Glebe. If you haven’t been to an UGC event before, get involved. It’s kind of like Secret Foodies but for film. You don’t know where you’re going or what film you’re watching until the day. This time the film was Beasts Of The Southern Wild.

Saturday

Breakfast recovery and healthy start to the day at Rushcutters with my mate Cam. That night I had a friends 30th at Mrs Sippy.
Time Out Bar Awards Sydney

Sunday

It was a killer day on Cockatoo Island where I went to the Time Out Bar Awards. Check out who won Best Bar, Best Bartender, Best Bar Food and more here. After some sun and a few too many cocktails I headed to Manly to see Mr Curl Curl and some friends at The Ivanhoe where we had a pub dinner and beers.
