It’s only in the last few years that I’ve started to enjoy Whisky. It’s taken me a while to work out how I like my drink served.. Straight Up. No Ice.
I’m not alone in the whisky trend with new bars such as Baxter Inn serving almost nothing but the golden goodness. Having only tried Grant’s Scotch Whisky a few times in the past I was excited to attend the launch of the 12 Year Old variant available for the first time in Australia.
Global Brand Ambassador, Ludo Ducrocq hosted an intimate tasting taking us through the range including the 25 year old not yet released in Australia. We then joined fellow industry peeps at the Ivy Penthouse for a stylish a celebration including Grant’s Whisky cocktails and delicious canapés.
The event included a showcase exhibition of 12 Bars in honour of the 12-year-old launch in Melbourne and Sydney. Bringing to life the Grant’s Whisky story, each venue was captured through innovative, still and motion clip photography on show for all to see.
The new Grant’s 12 Year Old Blended Scotch whisky will appear on shelves from March 2012 with an RRP of $54.99.
