The guide has hit the bookstands after an official launch to 300 of Sydney’s best chefs, restaurant owners and media at Salt Meat Cheese in Alexandria last Monday night. Guests were treated to a sumptuous canapé menu created by chef Massimo Mele, including freshly shucked sydney rock oysters, lamb and rosemary panzarotti,beetroot relish with French brie and leek crostini, pork and fennel sausages and more.

Guests were delighted and surprised with entertainment, including comedic renditions of timeless classics like ‘Food Glorious Food’ and ‘Be Our Guest.’ It was a night of good company, great entertainment and fabulous food.
With over 300 restaurants in Sydney included in the guide, you can now impress your fellow foodies with being in-the-know about all of the best food destinations in Sydney. The guide is divided up by suburb, allowing for easy location of restaurants, as well as an A-Z index of specific restaurants, and an index by cuisine.
