Black Betty BBQ in Surry Hills

Eat, Restaurants, Sydney / 21 January 2015

Pack the wet wipes you’re about to get messy. A new American BBQ offering is coming to  The Forresters in Surry Hills – bring on the sticky fingers!
After making quite a name for itself at The Oxford Tavern, Black Betty BBQ is brining it’s saucy, slow-smoked meat east side. A chance to experience southern-USA cuisine, the barbecue joint will be serving smoked meats every Sunday from midday starting this Australia Day eve (Sunday 25th Jan).
Meats are cooked for up to 18 hours and served in 100-gram portions in Forresters beer garden. This includes sticky ribs, brisket, burnt end beans, pulled pork and their special ‘Dino Ribs’. Sounds like a carnivore’s heaven!
