Signorelli Gastronomia is all about Italian cuisine. It is a restaurant, wine and cheese shop and a cooking class all rolled up in one package. The cooking classes include a sausage cooking class and a salami cooking class. They have three types of cooking classes: a hands on experience where you cook food, an appreciation class where you can discuss and taste particular foods and a chefs table where a chef comes and cooks a three-course meal in front of you.
