Opera Bar is one of Australia’s, if not one of the world’s, most iconic places with amazing views of the Sydney Skyline, Harbour Bridge and Opera House. It went under renovation a couple of months ago and is relaunching tomorrow to boast it’s new design, venue and menus.
It will feature a new raw seafood bar and a charcuterie room with menus designed by Matt Moran. The raw bar will offer seafood platters and shared raw plates to highlight it’s abundance of seafood.
