El-Phoenician has opened a second restaurant following the success of its Parramatta venue. Opening in Walsh Bay, late last year the restaurant offers a fine dining experience just stroll away from the Sydney Dance Company. I recently reviewed it  for Nine To Five.   1. I have tried their paramatta location and both the food and the atmosphere was fab. I’m sure they will do well at the new location.
