East Village Hotel
It’s on of my favourite places for lunch with friends not for the atmosphere (it’s a bit quiet on a Tuesday lunchtime) but because the food is so damn good. The East Village Hotel recently opened their restaurant and dining room on level 2 where Head Chef Adam Spencer from Yorkshire serves wholesome, hearty meals beautifully presented. Try the Bangalow sweet pork or Hand rolled potato gnocchi and be sure to leave room for dessert. For a quick and affordable lunch stay downstairs for some good honest pub grub where it’s a little bit fancier than steak and chips. Even a simple wagyu burger is off the hook. mmmmm
