Martini anyone?

I had the girls over last weekend for an espresso martini night and clothes swap (yes very girlie). An hour before they were due to arrive I realised I had no martini glasses (fail) and couldn’t quite remember how to make an espresso martini! Ah late night shops in Kings Cross and Google to the rescue. I wouldn’t recommend the cheap glassware I bought but I would recommend the recipe:

Ingredients:

30ml Smirnoff Espresso Vodka (also good with diet coke and the oil from an orange rind as a separate drink!)

30ml fresh espresso coffe

30ml Baileys Coffee

10ml Honey

Method:

Shake all ingredients well with cubed ice and strain into a martini glass and garnish with coffee beans (optional)
