Get Shucked Competition

To celebrate the launch of Bar Week we are giving away 2 double passes to the ‘Get Shucked’ launch party at The Morrison this Saturday 22nd September (valued at $120 each). Sample some of the country’s finest and freshest oysters as well as a delicious two-course meal crafted by Head Chef Sean Connolly. Dining in the New York style brasserie winners will also enjoy, live jazz and classic bespoke cocktails kindly provided by ABSOLUT ELYX, Jameson Irish Whiskey & Chivas Regal.     Pacific rock oysters are my favourite. They’re so deliciously creamy. I had them freshly shucked at a friend’s wedding, overlooking Sydney harbour. I’ve never felt more rewarded.
