Bunker Down This Winter
Just up from the Green Park on Liverpool St is The Bunker, I recently went there for breakfast with Wonder Boy.
Coffee quality can be the make or break for a successful breakfast experience. I enjoyed my soy cap, WB is a bit fussier with his long black and was a little disappointed.
We both had cheese, tomato and coriander omelettes. It was light and tasty. Being a cold morning and sitting outside was perhaps not the best idea. The food did go cold quickly and we couldn’t finish it.
The staff there are friendly and laid back, they attract a similar crowd. No pretension in sight. I will be eating there again and am keen to try the lunch menu.
