Ms Darlinghurst, (aka Alex Adams) passionate foodie began blogging about her experiences in 2009. Readers followed Ms D and her foodie friends as they gallivanted through cafes, restaurants and bars sharing experiences and a few cheeky exploits along the way.

Searching for new ways to connect with food lover’s off-line Ms Darlinghurst started Secret Foodies in April 2010. Inspired  by guerrilla dining abroad and wanting to showcase Sydney’s food scene this was the perfect way to try new places and make new friends.

In April of 2011 Ms Darlinghurst teamed up with drinks expert Simon McGoram to launch Ketel One Bar Tours. After making countless itineraries for friends Simon and Alex decided to start a bar tour company to showcase the emerging small bar scene in Sydney.

Both Secret Foodies and Ketel One Bar Tours are about to launch in Melbourne. Stay tuned.
